The parties to these Terms of Use are you, the user of this website, and Smaug s.r.o., trading as Digital Monk Academy (“Digital Monk Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). All references to “this website” or “this site” refer to the online properties operated by Smaug s.r.o., including digitalmonkacademy.com and related pages.

Subject to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, you may use the public areas of this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. If arbitration is not applicable, you agree that the courts of the Slovak Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.

13. Controlling Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, internet outages, or technical failures.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

17. Cancellation / Refund Policy

The mission of Digital Monk Academy (operated by Smaug s.r.o.) is to provide digital education and training. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase only if you have not accessed any course materials, member areas, private groups, or similar protected content. Once course access is used or login activity is recorded, the purchase becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse.
